- Evening: Walk into Wimbledon Village for an early dinner at the Lighthouse or San Lorenzo Fuoriporta.
A private seven-bedroom luxury mansion within walking distance of the All England Lawn Tennis Club, released for the fortnight of The Championships, Wimbledon 2026 (29 June – 12 July 2026). The privacy and scale of a private home, the standards of a flagship hotel, and Centre Court a short walk from your front door — the benchmark for Wimbledon 2026 accommodation in SW19.

The flagship is an ultra-prime detached residence in one of SW19's most prestigious enclaves — seven luxury bedrooms, seven bathrooms, sleeping fourteen across nine beds. Grand reception rooms, an open-plan kitchen, a media room and a substantial private garden give large parties the room to spread out and the privacy to host on their own terms. It is the home most of our returning Championships guests stay in.
A handful of additional villas across SW19 are released each year for guests with smaller party sizes or specific requirements; the full set sits in our curated short-let collection. For the wider neighbourhood, our Wimbledon neighbourhood guide covers the Village, the Common and the surrounding area in more depth.
The residence sits between Wimbledon Village and the All England Lawn Tennis Club. Gate 13 — the principal guest gate for the Championships — is roughly a 12–18 minute walk; under six minutes by car off-peak. For guests preferring to be driven, our chauffeur partners handle drop-offs and collections so there is no queuing through the Village.
Wimbledon Village is a five-minute walk in the other direction, with the Lighthouse, San Lorenzo Fuoriporta, Hemingway's, the Ivy Café and the dining room at Cannizaro House handling most local dinners. Wimbledon Common — 1,140 acres of woodland, golf and bridleways — sits immediately behind the Village, and is a popular morning route for guests who want a long run before play begins.
The Championships, Wimbledon 2026 are scheduled to run from Monday 29 June to Sunday 12 July 2026 — fourteen consecutive days of play, with the Ladies' Singles Final on Saturday 11 July and the Gentlemen's Singles Final on Sunday 12 July. Most of our guests bracket the fortnight with a few nights either side: settling in over the weekend before, and unwinding for a long weekend after the men's final.
Public ticket access is principally through The Championships ballot, the same-day public queue, and official hospitality packages. Our concierge team can introduce guests to established hospitality providers, debenture holders, and Royal Box and members' enclosure access where available, and handle the day-of logistics so guests arrive at Gate 13 without queuing through the Village. Full ticket information sits on the official site at wimbledon.com/tickets.
A representative shape for guests bracketing a long weekend inside the fortnight — Thursday arrival through Sunday brunch. Every element is arranged by our in-house concierge before you arrive.
Every Championships stay is supported by our in-house concierge team — the same people who confirm your booking will brief housekeeping, hold your reservations, and quietly run the schedule for the duration of the stay. Read more on our bespoke concierge page.
Breakfasts in the garden, lunches between sessions, post-play dinners — full chef-and-butler teams in the residence.
Drop-off at Gate 13, on-call collection, central London evenings, airport runs to Heathrow and Farnborough.
Introductions to debenture holders and official hospitality, Royal Box and members' enclosure where available.
