House Rules

To preserve the discreet luxury of every Aster & Row residence, all guests are asked to respect the following.

Guest Occupancy

Only guests listed on the booking may occupy the property.

Unauthorised parties, events or commercial filming are not permitted.

Quiet hours apply between 10pm and 8am.

All Aster & Row residences are strictly non-smoking indoors.

Pets are accepted only by prior written agreement.

Standard check-in is 4pm; check-out is 11am unless otherwise arranged.

Please report any accidental damage promptly so we can address it discreetly.

A deposit may be retained against unreported damage or breaches of these house rules.

Concierge, housekeeping and chef services can be arranged through our team.
