Terms & Conditions
The following placeholder terms set out the basis on which Aster & Row offers luxury short-let stays. Final wording will be reviewed by Aster & Row and its legal advisors before live bookings open.
Booking Agreement
A booking is confirmed once payment has been received and Aster & Row has issued written confirmation of your stay.
Guest Responsibilities
The lead guest is responsible for the conduct of all members of the party and for the property during the stay.
Payment Terms
Stays are payable in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. All payments are processed securely through our payment partner.
Security Deposits
A refundable security deposit may be required and will be returned within 14 days of departure subject to inspection.
Property Use
Properties are for residential short-stay use only. Commercial use, parties or events are not permitted without prior written agreement.
Damage & Additional Charges
Any damage, additional cleaning or unauthorised use will be charged to the lead guest.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms are set out in our Cancellation Policy.
Liability
Aster & Row is not liable for indirect or consequential losses save where required by law.
Changes to Bookings
Date or guest changes are subject to availability and may incur an administration fee.
