Cancellation Policy
The following placeholder terms describe how cancellations are handled. Bespoke arrangements may apply to high-value stays and event periods.
Standard Cancellation
Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival receive a refund of the accommodation total, less administration fees.
High-Value Stay Cancellation
Stays above a configured value may be subject to bespoke cancellation terms confirmed at booking.
Event Periods
Major event periods including Wimbledon, summer season and extended stays may have non-refundable terms.
Refund Timing
Eligible refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Fees
Payment processing fees and certain concierge arrangements may be non-refundable.
Date Changes
Subject to availability and may incur a change fee.
Force Majeure
In exceptional circumstances Aster & Row may offer alternative dates or partial refunds at its discretion.
