A private residential firm, not a platform

We are not a marketplace, an aggregator, or a booking app. Every home in our private collection of London residences is privately owned, personally vetted, and managed end-to-end by our in-house team. Most introductions come from family offices, private banks, relocation partners and previous clients. We sit in that company, quietly and by design.

Lettings, sales and management — one team

The same private client team looks after long, mid and short residential lettings, discreet sales and acquisitions, and ongoing property management of the residences we represent. Owners deal with one director; tenants and buyers deal with the same person who showed the home.

Built around a few exceptional homes

The portfolio is intentionally small. Our flagship is the seven-bedroom luxury Fulham townhouse — a 7,000 sq ft family residence with open-plan garden living. Around it sits a private Wimbledon mansion and a small group of townhouses and lateral apartments across Belgravia, Knightsbridge, Chelsea, Kensington, Mayfair and St John's Wood.

In-house concierge and housekeeping

Our in-house concierge team supports resident owners, long-term tenants and our short-stay guests alike — pre-arrival grocery stocks, private chefs, chauffeured transfers, restaurant reservations, event access. Housekeeping is five-star trained and our maintenance team is on-call, all coordinated from inside the company.
