A curated London short-let company, not a platform

We are not a marketplace, an aggregator, or a booking app. Every home in our curated London short-let collection is privately owned, personally vetted, and managed end-to-end by our in-house team. Most of our guests are introduced to us by family offices, private travel designers and previous clients — the same people who shape the rest of their travel through Domus Stay, Onefinestay and Sotheby's. We sit in that company, quietly and by design.

Built on a few exceptional homes

The portfolio is intentionally small. Our flagship is the seven-bedroom luxury Fulham townhouse — a 7,000 sq ft family residence with open-plan garden living, available as a luxury weekly rental in London for families, wedding parties and private retreats. Around it sits a private luxury Wimbledon mansion rental within walking distance of the All England Club, plus a small number of townhouses and lateral homes across Knightsbridge, Chelsea, Kensington and St John's Wood.

In-house concierge, hotel-trained housekeeping

Our bespoke concierge service for short-let guests is run from inside the company — not outsourced. Housekeeping is five-star trained, our maintenance team is on-call, and a single point of contact looks after every reservation from first enquiry to departure. Pre-arrival grocery stocks, private chefs, chauffeured transfers, restaurant reservations, theatre and event access — all included with the room rate.

Local people, written by hand

Our London neighbourhood guides are written by people who actually live in SW6 and SW19. The Aster & Row Journal covers the rituals of London life — a Sunday roast in Fulham, strawberries on Henman Hill, a private view at Frieze — in the same voice we use with guests.
