A bespoke concierge service is included with every Aster & Row luxury short let in London — anything you would expect from a flagship hotel, delivered quietly into a private home. The team is in-house, owner-led, and the same person who confirms your reservation will brief our housekeeping, hold your arrangements, and quietly run the schedule for the duration of your stay.

Our concierge sits across every booking in the curated London short-let collection, with particular depth around our flagship 7-bedroom Fulham townhouse and private Wimbledon mansion.

What our in-house concierge arranges

Private chefs

From Michelin-trained chefs producing tasting menus in the residence, to family-style breakfasts before the school run. We brief on dietary requirements, allergies and preferences in advance, and can keep the same chef across the duration of a longer stay. Wine pairings are arranged through our sommelier partners.

Chauffeurs and transfers

Saloon, executive and SUV options from a small set of long-standing chauffeur partners. Airport transfers from Heathrow, City and Farnborough; on-call drivers held on standby for the duration of a stay; and dedicated Wimbledon transfers to Gate 13 of the All England Club for guests staying at our Wimbledon mansion during The Championships.

Restaurant reservations

Standing relationships with the city's hardest-booked rooms — Sketch, Trivet, Endo at the Rotunda, the Connaught, Sushi Kanesaka, the Harwood Arms, the Ledbury — and the local favourites in Fulham, Chelsea and Wimbledon Village. Corkage, dietary briefing and quiet tables handled in advance.

Theatre and event tickets

West End and National Theatre seating, Royal Opera House, the Royal Albert Hall, private box and stalls access where available. For sport, introductions to debenture holders for Wimbledon, and access to Royal Box and members' enclosures at major events through our hospitality partners.

Private tours and experiences

Private out-of-hours visits to the V&A, the Wallace Collection and the National Gallery; chauffeured day-trips to Hampton Court, Windsor, Highclere and Cliveden; bespoke shopping appointments on Bond Street, Mount Street and Sloane Street. River and Thames experiences arranged with private vessel partners.

Childcare and family support

Vetted, English-speaking nannies and night nurses introduced from our long-standing family agency partners; tutors for the school summer holidays; swimming and tennis lessons at the local clubs; child-friendly day plans built around the city. Pre-arrival fridge stocks tailored to the children's preferences.

Personal shopping

Personal shoppers at Harrods, Selfridges, Hermès and Bond Street, with by-appointment access to private salons. Wardrobe consultations, bespoke tailoring at Savile Row and Mount Street, and discreet jewellery viewings for special occasions held during the stay.

Discreet security

Background-vetted personal protection officers, residence security and close-protection drivers, sourced through long-standing UK security partners. Confidential by default, scaled to the profile of the guest, and coordinated quietly alongside the rest of the stay.

Pricing and notice

The concierge service itself is included with every stay. Third-party suppliers — chefs, drivers, tickets, childcare, security — are charged at cost with no mark-up. We recommend at least 72 hours' notice for chefs and transfers and two weeks for high-demand restaurants and events, but we always attempt last-minute requests.
