Housekeeping & maintenance

Five-star trained housekeeping, on-call plumbing, electrical and specialist trades, garden and floral supply, linen and consumables — coordinated in-house.

Tenancy & lettings support

For let properties, we manage rent collection, deposit protection, mid-tenancy inspections, renewals and any tenant communication — paired with our discreet lettings service

Vacant home oversight

For owners who use a London residence intermittently, we keep the home presented, secure and ready — full pre-arrival preparation, post-departure reset and quiet stewardship in between.

Concierge for residents

Resident owners and long-term tenants have access to the same in-house concierge team that supports our short-stay guests — chefs, drivers, reservations and event access on request.
